POWDER COATINGS; A CUSTOMER ANALYSIS

Manufacturers of metal architectural products like doors and windows, light fixtures, decorative plumbing parts, railings, and fencing already use powder. More lines for these purposes are likely. Also, powder formulators are researching an alternative to KYNAR, a solvent-based coating widely used in the U.S. for curtain wall of large buildings. If successful, the architectural market for powder could explode. Powder for this purpose is already the standard in Europe.
